Terms and Conditions of Service 
1. Scope of Services Keep in Touch provides diagnostic, repair, and replacement services for mobile phones, laptops, PCs, game consoles and other small electronic devices. 
    All services are performed by qualified technicians using quality parts where available. 
2. Payment Terms Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept cash, card (inc. contactless), bank transfers, and other agreed payment methods. 
    No device will be released without full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
3. Warranty Limitations Repairs are covered by a 12-month warranty on parts and labour unless otherwise stated. 
    This warranty does not cover physical or water damage, misuse, or any faults not related to the original repair. 
4. Data Handling Customers are advised to back up all data prior to repair. While we take care to avoid data loss, Keep in Touch is not responsible for data integrity or recovery. 
    Devices may be returned to factory settings as part of diagnostics. 
5. Customer Responsibilities Customers must ensure their device is free from illegal content and is backed up prior to service. 
    Any third-party warranty implications are the customer's responsibility. 
6. Limitation of Liability Keep in Touch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or non-use of a device            following repair. 
    We are also not responsible for issues unrelated to the work carried out or caused by prior damage.
